The Canadian Coalition for Senior’s Mental Health (CCSMH) Survey

Formal Therapeutic Recreation services recognized by the Canadian Coalition for Senior’s Mental Health

Formal Therapeutic Recreation programs are listed as one element in supporting the mental health and well-being of residents (Q#5).

Recreation Therapists can facilitate the opportunity for residents, their family and friends to have their opinions heard.

The Canadian Coalition for Senior’s Mental Health (CCSMH) is conducting a survey to inform a Research Report and Recommendations on Supporting Mental Health and Well-Being in Community Residential Care Settings (including long-term care facilities, assisted living and supportive housing). The purpose of the survey is to incorporate resident and family perspectives on Mental Health and Well-being into our report.

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. Only anonymous testimonials and summary data will be used by the project team.

We estimate the survey will take you 3-5 minutes to complete.

Take the survey.
